SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
SHIPPING & PRE-ORDERS
We strive to have orders fulfilled and shipped out to you in 3-5 business days. Exceptions to this are any pre-order items which may take up to 4-6 weeks to become available through the manufacturer. Pre-order items are done so we know how much of the product/item to order and the manufacturer also has an idea of how much product to make. ***PLEASE NOTE***IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR INSURANCE OR PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING AND YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NEED TO ADDRESS WITH USPS***
We do offer discounted International shipping and ship to most International destinations. Please know that once a package has left the USA, we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. If your order is lost outside of the USA, we can look into options available which may include reshipping your order (if items are still available). You would be responsible for covering the additional shipping fees to have your order re-shipped to you. If the items are no longer available, we can look into offering a partial refund or credit. Please contact us at email@example.com or through our shop so we can work with you on the best solution.
Orders are normally processed within a 24-48 hour time frame. We do not accept any cancellations after 48 hours from the time your order is placed.
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
