We do our best to rate shipping costs according to weight. Please know that you will receive a refund on any overage of shipping paid shortly after placing your order. We normally ship orders within 1-3 business days. If your order has not shipped within 3-7 business days, please contact us so we can notify and update you on your order and shipment.
On rewards, this is something we offer as a gift to thank you for your loyalty and business. To ensure we can continue the rewards program, it is set up so that you can use up to 50% of total rewards accumulated per order. This is to ensure there is enough monetary value on the order to cover shipping, handling and any fees without us taking a loss.
